Donation Request

Sportsman’s Lodges is committed to supporting charitable organizations within the Lake of the Woods community and the fishing industry.

Due to the large amount of requests we receive, we make every effort to support as many causes as our budget and policy allows, but are unable to honor every request or reply to every request.

To submit a request, please fill out the form below and attach your event flyer. All donation requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. We do not accept any requests for cash donations. All of our donations are gift certificate in nature. If approved, someone will be in contact with you via email and a certificate will be mailed out to the address provided.
