Housekeeping Supervisor

Full-time year-round. Supervise housekeeping staff, staff scheduling, work with other managers, order supplies, clean rooms, villas, cabins, lodge, lounges, restrooms, and other work areas at the resort. Job includes a variety of morning and evening shifts between the hours of 6 am-11 pm. Part-Time U.S.Coast Guard Licensed Charter Guide

Duties include guiding guests fishing on Lake of the Woods and the Rainy River, abide by fishing laws, provide excellent customer service and guest experience, drive and safely navigate a 27′ Sportcraft boat, clean fish, and prepare a shore lunch when requested. Must be U.S. Coast Guard licensed. Must be 18 years or older and have experience and knowledge of Lake of the Woods. Must have prior boat driving experience. May-October varying days between the hours of 7 am-6 pm.

Ice Fishing Guide

Duties include bringing guests out to ice fishing houses in a track vehicle, setting up ice fishing houses, driving track vehicles, moving fish houses, providing excellent customer service, cleaning fish, and helping to maintain equipment. Must be 18 years or older. Position to start early December through late March. 10-12 hour days between the hours of 6 am-8 pm, 4-5 days a week

Kitchen Manager

Kitchen Manager Duties: Oversee and manage staff in the food and beverage departments as well as assist FOH and BOH in other departments. Assist guests, monitor costs, inventories, purchase products, establish and maintain controls, and provide an environment for excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications: Minimum of two years of supervisory, management, and cooking experience required. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, has leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Hours: 40-60 hours a week year-round

Building Maintenance Technician

Duties include diagnosing and repairing basic equipment, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, and electrical of the property to keep everything running properly. As well as working with managers and staff to complete work orders in a timely manner. Minimum of 2 years experience required. Full Time – Year-round position. Pool Certification is preferred but not required. Must be willing to get and maintain certification upon hiring. Must have good written and verbal skills, valid driver’s license, and experience troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment. Competitive pay and benefits package.
